By design, we are meant to touch and be touched.

There are no substitutes for safe, intentional touch. When missing, it’s like other deficiencies; we may cope but not thrive. When fully met, we’re empowered to unlock potentials that have been ours all along, waiting for us to return home, to the body.

I invite you to experience a package of somatic-based coaching services that harness the power of touch, for men seeking to reclaim original purpose and the authentic self.

Amplifying Intention Through the Power of Touch

There are more ways than ever to breathe, move, diet, meditate and transcend our way into healthful wholeness. In support of these and other approaches, life coaches offer myriad techniques,  typically packaged for clients to read, watch, imitate or listen. One of the most potent tools for change—the power of actual human touchremains almost entirely missing.  But there is no replacing the felt experience of security in the body, especially when making the toughest changes that matter most.

My own journey back to health and life after loss took more time than I care to admit. The western clinical therapies I’d spent years learning in med school and grad school were candidly least effective (for me). And while unconventional approaches to holistic wellness contributed new and provocative answers, most of these remained locked away in my mind… until I stumbled upon the power of touch in 2020. And touch has since become my key for translating insights into actual life in motion, expanding mindful awareness into embodied solutions. It’s a practice I’m excited to share with others and is underpinned by a couple of basic principles.

First Principle

Big, purposeful changes may be more achievable and enduring when touch is foundational and integrated across coaching methods.

Second Principle

Transformative changes often extend beyond fitness, lifestyle, financial and professional goals to fuel perhaps the greatest quest of all: reconnection with original purpose and the bold expressions of authentic self in fulfilling that purpose.
